Response to shyvana's recent Q CDR reduction

I think its a little ridiculous with 40% CDR shyvana has 3.5 cool down on her q. I think a better Nerf would be to look for a number where she gets about 5 CDR with max cdr. except to buff it have it static at all levels in the skill. as it stands I find it hardly worth while to build attack speed on her. that way a shyvana that prioritizes attack speed can look to max e first and use q for its auto reset capability.
