OKAY RIOT WE GET IT - you want us to use Electrocute 100% of the time

I havent seen what all they nerfed on it yet but basically from what i saw its basically people are going to use one or the other. They both do basically the same thing, the only difference is when the burst is applied. If they nerf DH then there isnt much reason to go for it over Electrocute other than its better for longer games. (DH that is)

I dont think they will really get them both equal enough for them both to be picked often. From what i saw the new DH was strong on just about everyone so i think it definitely needed nerfed but if they nerf it too much then yes everyone will just use Ele instead with the exceptions of some niche champs that can utilize or cheeze fairly easily with it, for example Darius and Illaoi or alot of these other juggernauts.

But... The new dark harvest is literally a buff for anyone with passthrough harass or easy damage. Zed? Caitlyn? Jhin? Riven? Ahri? Aatrox? Jax? Draven? All great users of the new DH.

Idk, its too broken compared to all of the defensive pen in the game making tanks pincushions (or anyone for that matter). sarcasm

I figured out that taking dark harvest on ADC's is very strong. Especially on . helps me a lot to beat assassins at their own game. It was neat tbh. Like this just charges at me full speed when I played . He ults as predicted. Flash out of his ult auto attack and yeah.

why you guys downvoting? Have you seen the pbe changes?

I imagine they want to set the two effects apart more as early vs late game advantages. I think the goal of what they're doing is to make one clearly the better choice for early game and the other the better choice for games that go long.

My favorite keystone in that tree is always gonna be predator.
