It really needs a base damage and an actual reflect, especially since armor has been lowered across the board. 15% of 200 is less than 30 after all, and 30 is outhealed by just about everything.
At least make it 10-30 base damage+20% of incoming damage before mitigation....

If thats the case, Why not just make "thorns" a greivous wounds? Or make it a specific counter to lifesteal? Why nerf the effect of the item to the point where it cant even be called a real item anymore?

1374341 votesI don't care that the reflected damage is low, I just wish it reflected back as true damage so the damage isn't mitigated by the champion's MR (especially as Riot is now giving scaling MR to everyone) considering most thornmail users are not buying magic pen.
