That means his mobility doesn't provide him with an escape. On the other hand he completely negates any wall ward hops, because his entire team can follow that Lee Sin.
Also his Tempered Fate creates a zone where nothing moves, giving his team the abbility to catch up or get away.
He can cover the map with speed shrines too.
Now immobilie champion can become a lot more valid again, when paired with Bard.
