Does ornn need new nerfs or reverted buffs
It is clear that he is out of hand, and riot can't use the excuse of "lets see what the pro's think" now.

Crede7771 votesOrnn does everything well at the moment. He's incredibly tanky, has great CC with his slow/knockup/ult, and can dish out plenty of damage.
