So.. How does one play Aatrox this patch?

I tried my best to find a guide, but the last guide I found was from 6.2. So, to you Aatrox mains lurking out there somewhere, could you give me some tips? c:

People give Aatrox too much shit but the fact is that he just has a really weird playstyle. Harass in lane through E, sustain damage you take from health costs and poke with W, then builld full AD with HP and go ham with ult + activated W when needed. He's not the brawling type, He's not a tank, he's just a really awkward melee carry.

You deal tons of damage not only from autos but from abilities and even heal from getting hit and being around enemies and minions thanks to item 3146 item 3068 item 3075

Edit: you can easily solo baron with this build too
