So i visited India...

I have no idea where to post this, but when I went to India i saw something called LoL Garena? It said something about it being private and it's not a direct download from Riot's website. So I was so confused if I was playing the real League of Legends of a fake version? So what exactly is LoL Garena in India? I played it and had decent ping because the other servers were too far and laggy, but what the hell is LoL Garena? Riot do you control this? If you do YES I CAN PLAY IN INDIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From some research, it looks like something like Steam. They distribute games, but don't make their own. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Garena
