Change all the % pen items back into % bonus pen items.

Squishies still did instantly and instead of black cleaver/last whisper ripping off 49 armor at one item, it’s chunking off around 30. Hey look. Resistances matter again.
And let lethality keep hitting normal armor. Because that’s what it does.

Oh wow, you cry about this, while 40% Magic Pen exists, together with Boots and an Item for 1600g that give you almost true DMG vs Squishes and Tanks alike. Mages are balanced btw, pesky Bruisers are the Problem! Fuck Black Cleaver!

I mentioned all % pen. The example I used was armor pen.

MrFawknSunshine2 votesthe difference is champs get more base armor and arm per lvl and typically build some kind of armor in game. where as people dont typically get MR or build vs mr cuz most ap damage are spells and skill shots so if the person is a "better player' they shouldnt need as much MR due to "dodging skill shots"

For BC you need to damage them, Void Staff is just there. Plus every champ has less MR than Armor, so yeah, there is that.

Because Mages are OP. Have you seen how many Bruisers get played Top in Pro Play? Oh wait..it is almost entirely Mages Top..huh.. Also, if he doesn't even mentions AP DMG, I will.
