phase rush?
Im just curious if anyone else has this issue cause sometimes it just doesn't go off for me even though I use 2 spells and auto or a full 3 spells. Its a 2 second window so I find that strange.

Silly Neeko1 votesDont use it much, dont often use a champ that i prefer it, i would suggest trying it out in practice tool or with a friend in a custom.... that way you can figure it out and know what to look for.
