Something's really off with new Quinn
Ever since I could first try Quinn in September 2014, I knew she HAD to become my main bruiser lanebully toplaner.
Like, her kit was perfect. Range, blind, kiting for days with E maxing and 40% cdr, safety with ult and W, a quick engage, great pick potential...
And the two times I tried to play her as a squishy ADC I died over and over and over.
Now it's the opposite. Everyone knows about toplane Quinn and they know how to counter me, and yet I wreck everyone's face as ADC. vat iz happen
for damage reduction, lifesteal and chasing
because it's single target burst and makes harder to itemise
if I really have to chase
dunno if it's worth money-wise, but I like the burst, the crit for Harrier's CD, and the movespeed
if they have AP
if they have onhits
if they have an assassin (never got past building 
tho)
if mundo
ALWAYS because else I go oom :'c
If I don't take Death's Dance (or if it isn't enough) I rush 
from lvl9 on.
, I yet have to process that this item exists :D
