Honestly many champions are "cancer" to some players but most, if not all of them, have some measure of counterplay that allows them to be balanced. AD On-Hit Kennen who rushes Bork is in my honest opinion not very fair to anyone save maybe a ranged Champion. And in reality it only came about as an answer to melee Top Laners. But what keeps Top Laners like Quinn out of the OP spotlight is their kit... Quinn's kit, albeit abusive, is still fair if the opponent plays properly. Kennen's really is not. He gets a free stack of his passive every 4th auto attack. Then a quick Q stacks the second stack and the third one is basically free with his W. In all honesty it really has no counterplay at all. None. It really isn't fair. I think you'd have to do something to Kennen in order to make this a bit fairer, such as reduce the duration of the stun, or lower his attack speed. These types of things are just ways to trim some power off without Olaffing it.

Have you played or played against what I just described? It is insanely oppressive. Sure it gets tiresome for the community to whine about it but it isn't really fair or fun to play against. A lot of things aren't fun to play against in League (obviously), but this is just not even fair.

yes and i sucked it up in a bad lane... didnt feed and was able to win game

the match up i was in was maokai top ( me) vs kennen

other times when i saw him picked 1st i picked galio and won lane

this is the same line of logic every kennen main uses when in reality hes just too goddamn versatile with little to no weak points but that wouldn't be a problem if he didn't have ridiculous item synergy
