Why do I get an instant loss in my promos if I dodge a game? Especially my first dodge of the day?

For real, earlier today I had to leave for an emergency while in champ select. I left before the game started. And I'm still penalized? Why?

First dodge of the day shouldn't result in a loss for one of your promo games.
