i feel thats where league is headed. steals X passive probably nulls yours during combat till combat is over has a cooldown of 10 seconds. only can steal one passive during combat inflicted on the 1st champion hit. i dont know where im going with this but i feel something like this is gonna happen.

They already said the idea of stealing ultimates has been around a long time, Sylus is the result of someone taking it as a challenge to prove it could be done. The reasoning behind it shows that the community isn't what's on riots mind when they do things.
