MealReadytoEat1 votesNo, its to be expected when you build sustain or HP. Armor and MR REDUCE damage taken; usually the highest damage taken champs those who get the most sustain and HP, Tahm gets both pretty readily between. Aatrox and Vlad are others that tend to be pretty high up the chart.
