if i dont pick a tank in the meta, im going to get camped 100 percent. if i pick ANYBODY but , YOU WILL WITHOUT A DOUBT FEEL THE PAIN OF A THOUSANDS GANKS BEFORE 10 MINUTEs. every single game is like this. FILTHY meta sheep who cant climb with their own skill NEED to abuse riots failure to balance the lane and without a doubt afk for the lane win. its impossible to have fun in this game anymore. im a top lane main who HASNT HAD FUN IN 4 MONTHS.

Nautilus, Maokai, Malphite, Ekko (who is the best top laner in the game), and Rammus are better top laners than all of them, and quite a few of those beat them in lane as well (Lissandra less so, but who the fuck plays Lissandra?).

No, top lane is a tank lane right now (which isn't to say that the OP is completely correct, Fiora is performing terribly right now, and Tahm is irrelevant). Ranged lane bullies? Please.

Better toplaners in what way? In these matchups they will get slaughtered in lane. They are better in the fact they provide more teamfight utility, but not in laning (arguably not Ekko, Malph can somewhat survive against AD matchups, though he should not win CS battle). There's a reason every toplaner hates ranged champions.

Better in the sense that they are more likely to win the game. That's all that matters. Laning phase? Fuck laning phase.

A CS lead means nothing if they can't use it to win the game, and Quinn will lose an all-in from Nautilus, Malphite, Maokai, or Rammus even if she has a CS lead once they start getting armour and HP. Graves is better if all-inned, but I doubt he can beat any of them except maybe Nautilus.

Sunfire + IBG means that Graves and Quinn are donezo, and even Vayne can't actually handle an armour-stacking Rammus or Malphite in a 1v1 (maybe Rammus if she gets a QSS for the taunt) in the mid game.

Vayne in particular is an incredibly niche pick top lane because she offers almost nothing but damage to her team. Quinn at least has insane roaming potential and a blind and Graves has his own blind, but Vayne? Condemn doesn't compensate for depriving your team of an actual front liner or source of utility/CC.

So why do you think ranged top laners are so good right now? What leads you to ignore all the statistical evidence that dictates that tanks are king, or the statements from professional and high elo players that top lane's meta is a tank meta?

So no, she won't necessarily lose the all in, also she can kite and disengage with her E, she can get hexdrinker and a bit of sustain. Graves beats all of them. Vayne won't die except to a gank, because tumble, ult and condemn. The weakness of these picks is ganks and teamfights (except Lissandra and Graves) I never once denied tanks were overall better, but ranged champions can beat them and are not so weak. And they're cancer to play against, but that's something else. They're not autolose and the guarantee you will get ganked. You are not forced to play a tank top lane. That was my initial point. Also there are other melee champions that can do fairly well without being tanks or juggernaughts.

its impossible to do anything level 2 lol. i cant push or farm so ill just fall behind. so naturally ill go for a cs or two then their jungler comes out. whenever I ask for ganks, ill get a 25 percent hp jungler who suicides hten says "oops"

Yes, I'm a filthy bronzie, but I have had more success with these two champions top lane than I have with any other laners in recent memory. If you're good with either one, getting camped turns into "feed me moar doublekills."
