Runaan's removes last hitting skill

Last hitting is something that is HUGE in league. It is a skill that is learned as you grow as a player and it is something that gets better and better the more you play. I feel like runaan's removes that entirely. Especially since it is such a cost efficient item early game, it just removes the whole purpose of last hitting as a skill.
