Instead of gaining boots with +10 extra movespeed why can't she just get an extra 10(maybe 15) movement speed after 10 minutes in general? It feels so bad to go inspiration secondary, only to realize that you're being completely shut out a rune by your passive.

RocketRelm5 votesHave you looked at the other choices? It's the only viable rune on that tier (now a better solution would be making the other runes on that tier not-trash, but that's a whole separate topic).
Also, Cass only gets 10 ms, but she doesn't suffer the 'penalty' of being locked out of boots either. She should also technically get 50 g technically for an equivalent exchange because upgrading boots is 50g less.
Rathar Dashing2 votesYou could just skip that tier entirely if you're going Inspiration secondary. On Cass I would imagine Aproach Velocity and Perfect Timing/Biscuit Delivery would be ideal choices.

Snaketits2 votesRiot sadly doesn't care about Cass, so they'll never consider compensating her for her complete lack of boots. Those days it's more of a handicap instead of an unique strength since you'll never get to buy that 6th item.
They gave us the Eternum skin in an attempt to shut us up while nerfing her into the ground in the very same patch it came out - that was quite nasty of them. Anyway, right now there's no point in playing a lategame champ like her in a meta without a lategame.

Honestly Cass has a lot of options in Inspiration, Biscuit and Stopwatch in the first row, Future’s Market in the second (get items faster), and Insight or Approach velocity in the last row. They all work well for Cass.
TotalJerk1 votesJust go Future's Market. It's a pretty strong rune as well and it's in the same line as Magical Footwear. You might as well be complaining that Dr. Mundo can't use aftershock. Not every champion has to be able to utilize every rune.
