His current winrate on statistics sites seem to be ranging from 46.6% to 48.1%. Yes, it's fine for a highly mechanical champion. What's not fine is that in addition to this, he seems to have a win rate of about 53% for players that put a lot of time into him (200+ ranked games), as opposed to normal the 55-56% at this point in the winrate/games played graph.
And we get yet another nerf? What happened to the "Yasuo is underperforming even for players that put a lot of time into him so we buff him"? I'm not asking for a buff. I'm asking not to make him trash for yet another two years before you decide to rework him again.
