I actually know somebody who plays jungle now and then and for some reason puts his smite on f and flash on d then even if he usually has flash on f. Don't ask me why, just saying that that alone is no reason to ban.

i know somebody that changed role and summoner spell key bindings and got a lot of succes from silver to diamond ~ it was a booster from my discord that didn't want to change his summoner spells to his clients wishes because changing summoner spells makes the game unplayable for him ~
