Vladimir is honestly the healthiest manaless champ ever created

Other manaless champs like Zed and Katarina can just sit in lane spamming their abilities all day and have a ton of safety in their kits, but EVERY SINGLE TIME Vlad tries to make a play he takes a HUGE risk. If he fcks up he loses a huge chunk of his health from the pool, and he can't go over walls with it unlike most other manaless champs and assassins. And of course there's tons of items in this game that fck his health regen. I'm just gonna say it. Buff Vladimir. Absolutely garbage in his current state.

Uhhh.. No. Vladimir is not a healthy design. Riot has literally said he's a mistake.

Are we pretending there aren't a ton of items in the shop that screw over said healing? Are we pretending that ignite is a thing and it's not broken as f*ck right now because every other summoner spell beside flash is garbage?

you said kat is safe in lane? lol she's got the worst laning in midlane rn. Don't be a goof and stay away from her daggers and u take no dmg other than 30% ap scaling q, compared to other champs with 60+ ap scaling poke abilities ( Diana, kass, etc),
