LeBlanc is still too hard to kill...

You nerfed her W damage by 10 two patches ago. That's like... a ranged minion auto. The magic resist from runes don't help very much, especially with how strong ignite is. I would honestly be fine with her damage if it weren't so easy for her to escape after killing a squishy. Please nerf her passive. It's a free get-out-of-jail card on a 1-minute cooldown. Please increase it to 2 or 3 minutes, which is about the time when a jungler comes again for another gank. Her W snapback might also need a nerf. Maybe make it so that only after 2 seconds after casting the first part, then she can snapback. AND MY GOODNESS PLEASE FIX HER CHAIN LENGTH. IT'S STUPIIIIIID.

She is getting nerfed tomorrow. Increased W cooldown at lower ranks, giving her less opportunities to use it in the early game and making forcing her to use it for waveclear more punishing.

You beat LeBlanc by outpushing her. She gets kills and gets out. That's all she can do. Her W is her engage, her escape, and her only waveclear. If you push the wave, she needs to either use her W on minions to match your clear or be left open to free harass, so you can punish her down to the point where she can't engage without dying. Keep your wards up so you can push safely, and consider buying Banshee's Veil to screw up her combo.

Basic laning is the best tool against LeBlanc. If your wave has more health than hers, you can afford to attack LeBlanc instead of minions. Attack her when she goes for CS, and she'll have to commit either health or mana plus a valuable cooldown or lose that gold. Just shove it into tower, and back off. Go place a good ward or go back and buy. Eventually, she won't have enough health/mana to all-in you and will be forced to go back, at which point you continue to shove the wave to deny her all that gold, then go back yourself.

Alright, thanks. Good tips.
