AD fiora with stormraiders surge

actually works pretty good and kindof compensates for that loss on the slow on her e.

due to her high ad values, shes going to deal a good chunk of true damage on her passive. especially her ult. that burst of movement speed + slow resistance from triggering one or two vitals can really give her the ablity to move around and finish her target off by triggering the remaining vitals.

this is the build ive tried on her

only in normals so far, but worked out surprisingly well.

I'd replace dusk blade for maw if they have heavy ap but that build looks pretty solid.

i actually built this out of curiosity. got some executions off of it, but yea. it probably could be replaced.

though i like the additinal movement speed.

Yeah that makes sense, I was just saying if They had a super fed AP is all. Who was their team? I just wanna see who this works against Is all.

I'm just curious, what makes storm raiders good on any champ, not just Fiora? I've never felt like picking this up as there's other ways to mobilize myself.

its really not that good on pretty much every champion. except mordekaiser probably.

fiora has it easy to burst a large portion of her opponents health.

the other keystones are not that great for her. except for warlords maybe. even thunderlords is kinda meh. the movement speed and slow resistance actually really help fiora out with her ult.
