Thinking of coming back to league

Title says itself it's been about a year since I've played this game......

Here were a few things I hope has gotten better. I hope matchmaking has gotten better. It was getting pretty Damn shitty....more I won harder games I was in just stupid put me with 4 random similar mmr opponents against 5 random similar me opponents if I win consistently let me the fuck out of bronze.

I was getting tired of the grind of win streak now we're going to purposefully put you on a team of 4 of the biggest losers in league and force you play against 5 players that meme is slightly lower than yours but still higher than your teams and call that shit even.

And last I'm a bit worried about silas his ult seems too oppressive and kind of stupid and bullshit. Is he liked picked every game or ban right now?

Oh and are adc useless? And on another note are champions being played everywhere anywhere right now what I mean is the meta back to adc support bot mostly assassin mage mid whatever top and or jungle.....note rank matches don't give a shit about normal draft mode.

Last question are all games still being decided within the first 15 minutes? And can you come back in a loss game? Last time I played I had like maybe 1 out of 25 games where the game wasn't just one sided win or lose I want a challenge not an ass whooping or me simply stomping the shit out of the idiot that belongs in division bronze -5
