This just in! Item update.
After all of the positive feedback on the removal of boot enchantments, we've now taken a look at summoner spells.
We thought, "Homeguards becoming a time exclusive global buff as opposed to an enchantment was a great thing. So is the out-of-combat movement speed buff system with the masteries, so we applied that to the wind dragon instead of a permanent 6% movement speed from the current dragon."
So now, we've decided to remove the summoner spell "Flash" 
and are reworking it into an item called "Waverer's Bane."

Stats:
+5% movement speed.
+5% tenacity
Active: Reposition
Reposition: This item will allow the user to teleport a short distance and grants the user +15 armor and magic resist for 3 seconds after activation. This item will have a 100 second cool-down and will have a 7 second mini cool-down if the user is damaged by any source. (Note: The 7 mini cool-down will not affect/add onto the 100 activation second cool-down.)
We are currently looking to reworking the summoner spells "Ghost" 
, "Teleport" 
, and "Heal" 
as well.
