Can we talk about Elise for a sec
A while ago, Elise received some nerfs (probably due to qq from Lee Sin mains) that really crippled her jungling (or laning if she chose). Her win rates prove this as she currently has the second lowest of all champs. Now, i don't know what she needs to be effective, but she definitely needs something. We can't let her sit at the bottom forever now can we. Having said this, suggest some buffs/changes to Elise.
