When and Where? Azir has %42.5 win rate and constantly falling win rate.(Soon he has %40 or below %40).Nice balance work Meddler and balance team.Nobody tell ''He is difficult,fine or vs.''Same,old,ordinary arguments.Azir is completely garbage soloq and competitive.He didn't pick Lcs or other regions.Even Easyhoon didn't prefer him.But Riot still work immobile mages(!).Azir needs buffs promptly.I have over 900 Azir games and nobody tell ''You're bad.'' The most necessary things;Azir buffs.Some champions have %54+ win rate but one champion has %42.(Azir)Nice balance Meddler.Azir is easier than old Azir.So he must have %46-47-48 win rate.Example;Cass,Riven,Lee,Lb.High skill champions but they have %46+ win rates.Azir only %42.Also constantly falling win rate.Azir needs early game power.Especially early game buffs.Enough explanation for buffs.

No where, because Azir is one of those champions where win rate does not matter the slightest due to his learning curve. Watch a good Azir. You will be in awe. Play against a good Azir. You will want him to be nerfed.

Excuse me, he is actually extremely good in higher ELO once mastered. Do you know of Shuriman Shuffle and Drifting? Proper soldier management is a huge lesson to learn when playing Azir. He has a huge learning curve. Check his winrate in players with 50+ games on him and more.

No.Completely wrong.He isn't good high elo.Seeing that he is good why he didn't pick Lcs or other regions? Nerfs complicate one champion.Riot destroyed him and they must be buff him.Azir isn't viable and isn't rewarding.Why I play Azir in soloq? Climb and fun but Azir doesn't give pleasure anyone.

You could say the same for Ryze's winrate. Azir is incredibly hard to play, which is most likely why his winrate his very low. I can assure you he can carry games hard. His lategame is insane.
