Don't buff Yi's true damage, revert the Highlander nerfs and let's call it a day
We don't want him to be even more dependent on the phantom hit passive, now that it's so hard to get.
The AP ratio buff is alright, it allows to go 
and have a little fun with the heal, but he doesn't ned more true damage.
