How about when you cleanse CC off an ally, you also "rescue" them, pulling them to you (like a Thresh lantern) ? I don't want to cheapen Thresh as a champion but thought it could be a cool "PogChamp what a save" for other supports, esp mage /enchanter supports who are not so tanky to put themselves in harm's way to protect their ally.

As cool as that sounds I feel debuff/cc immunity for two seconds after cleansing them is enough.

I was trying to make it a bit more unique from item 3140 but yeah CC immunity is pretty strong.
