Vayne is arguably the most difficult adc in the game, who is already struggling due to season 6 changes

difficult my ass, however she does struggle early game, unless she has a good support who makes her late game a whole lot more ridiculous, bork and statik alone is bs tbh. She is actually pretty freelo. That three hour wall stun tho xD

Have you ever played vayne? She has one of the shortest, if not the shortest attack range of any adc. Her early game makes it easy to keep her shut down, and the slightest mistake in positioning will get her killed. There is a reason her win-rate is so low. Almost any other adc is easier to play.

That must be absolutely silly. One wrong move? Unlike an adc, such as jinx, she has at least two legitimate escapes, and her q empowers her damage. HER DAMAGE IS COMPENSATED FOR SHORT RANGE , how do you not get that? Her win rate isn't low, it is just retards who can't adc in the first place.

vayne is supposed to be strong late game. she has clear weaknesses for early and mid game. She for sure isn't just easy compared to someone like Caitlin. People just get salty because she has a strong stun.

the reason why i really absolutely hate vayne, is because shes a lategame hypercarry without the drawbacks of other lategame hypercarries. she has a mediocre early game as them, but thats about it.

lategame hypercarries are designed to be able to take over the entire game and carry their team with absolutely ridiculous amounts of damage as soon as the game hits a certain point. they can shred pretty much everyone in front of them to pieces. often multiple opponents at the same time. kog maw and twitch are prime examples. the tradeoff for the power they bring to the game? theyre sitting ducks while theyre attacking and need specialized heavy peel comps to be able to do their job.

with heavy peel theyre stupid effective. without peel they get destroyed.

this doesnt apply to vayne. she has the capacity of destroying any opponent by lategame just as kog maw has, without his drawbacks. shes self reliant and has self peel to work with. she can easily 1v1 champions. thats the actual aspect i hate about her.

same applies to jinx. too much of a versatile kit and a lot of self peel for how she absolutely wrecks teams lategame with her aoe crits. her teamwide damage is comparable to twitchs ult, but she has high mobility off kills and assists, and 2 really good kiting tools with her zap and mines.

i dont think its fair that any lategame hypercarry is not completely at the mercy of their owm team, and needs to be carried by them with peel as much as hes carrying with damage.

twitch and kog maw arent actually bad champions like a lot of people always like to point out. its just that compared to vayne and jinx they actually have significant drawbacks for their strengths. so there is no real reason to pick those two ever over either vayne or jinx, if you want a lategame carry.

Vayne trades team fighting for being a better duelist, skirmisher and assassin as an ADC/hypercarry.

That's why even when she didn't perform so bad in lane, there'd be team fights, (higher rated/pro games) where Vayne was a bad ADC pick for one team because she would be zoned out in team fights due to only being able to extend her influence as her auto attack range, which some champions/teams take advantage of because Vayne can be dived on and killed, and Vayne's kit makes her more prone to this due to her longest attack being her attack range, unlike other ADCs that have abilities to poke or add damage in team fights without exposing their neck

Not that vayne can't win in team fights, she can, has and will, but her main drawback which is a fair one, is she typically has an abysmal team fight

bullshit. her kit lets her teamfight just aswell as duel. if you dont tumble into the middle of the enemy team and position right, so you can take on your opponents one at a time, then there is no issue.

she is mobile enough and has the knockback on her e to usually isolate someone in a fight.

if vaynes weakness was teamfighting, then she wouldnt wreck and take over lategame like she does. teamfighting is actually where she shines. her only issue right now is the meta being heavily focused on essence reaver abusers, who are usually early game lane bullies. and on split pushing over teamfights due to the long death timers.

Though typically things work in lower mmr that don't work higher- most people in lower mmr don't know how to team fight, so Vayne is more viable in lower mmr, (also because they don't know how to lane that well) however, that doesn't change that her weakness is team fighting

As I mentioned, she has, and will win team fights but her weakness is still team fighting

Ezreal zoning out a kogmaw+thresh, (or whatever support it was) doesn't mean ezreal is the best ADC or that kogmaw is trash, (pre-patch mind you) but exceptions and !@#! happens, just like Vayne winning team fights

Vayne tends to be kept in check because she has a bad lane phase compared to the others but that's not the sole reason she's not picked, it's also her team fight and the fact that she performs better split pushing or in specific team setups or circumstances if team fighting

Her tumble helps alleviate her problems in team fighting but her short aa range with 0 influence outside of aa range is why she has a bad team fight, it's really dependent on "who is targeting you" and "dodge everything or you die" which is less true of other ADCs due to range of influence

anyone who thinks vayne has a good team fight, or that vayne doesn't have teamfighting as a weakness hasn't been paying attention
