Ekko should only get his shield if he stuns someone with W
That way he can't freely run around throwing W's and if he doesn't the stun he still is rewarded with a big ass shield. It should be if he stuns someone he is rewarded with a shield that way when they fight back he will have a shield and instead of him still missing the W stun but getting an enormous shield you can't compete with. They might to increase the duration of the shield not sure. Just a thought.
