i last hit better on asian servers with 240 ping

than on these servers with 110 ping because at least in those servers they automatically update their minions hp bars while here im trying to guess the actual hp of minions. im literally wondering how i failed to get the last hit when minions are at 30 hp left, 0 minions attacking it, and then suddenly it died.

not to mention my ping doesn't spike in those servers so its consistent, but here my ping can spike up to 300 for absolutely no reason.

it's kind of a pathetic joke that i get better gameplay on servers halfway around the world than on a server thats half a country away.
