Currently now, Jhin has a lack of keystone.

Jhin currently resides with Lucian, around at a 46% winrate. As Lucian's reasoning can be found with his perma-nerfed status until he is unleashed for a few months like every year, Jhin has a been taking unrelated nerfs for quite a bit.

Precision only gives attack speed which is not beneficial, arcane comet is typically blocked by tanks, Aery was good at the starts, until it was noticed that anybody can use it and be OP-thus nerfed. ...Phase rush is self-explanatory.

Can you give us back some of our ratios, or a keystone that can fit us?

Footwork?

Thats what Jhin took before preseason. Its actually pretty amazing on him for the exact same reasons.

Also the AS thing is part of why Cait is suffering too

It gives attack speed, thus giving you a near mind-blowingly weak early game.

Ya I did a lil edit there

TEEEEEMPOOOOOO!!!!!!!! its trash early game but it starts providing hella usage to his passive thus the rest of his kit. His W range and the delay between his autos mean he can have it up in fights for the 4th shot very consistently and max level your getting an extra 32% movement from every trigger of Moments matter. Also pretty Fat AD boost when triggered. Its got way better uptime then footwork.

Respect attack speed and its interaction with jhin mate.

Edit. Not shure I'm sold on him not having runes. Personaly I'm running overheal or triumph depending on enemy comp/ team comp. Almost always going bloodline, and coup de for ovious reasons. Pending comps, ultimate hat/waterwalking/null orb/scorch + celerity (you go pretty fast and free ad is good ad) or Ghost poro/Taste of blood and Rav/restless hunter

And you notice Jhin is a early game champ, and you get overscaled by Vayne. twitch if you cannot roll the game.

Politely I don't agree Jhins is early game champ. His passive has a EXP component, if your not going item 3142 builds his late games is brutal. I will grant you that his ammo system + AS mechanics do require you to treat his autos like spell casts. Yet the free AD per level just gets enhanced further with tempo. If the fight has you using all 4 autos or 4 ulti rounds it will trigger tempo for the 4th.

The best perk is that despite It not being exactly his old playstyle of abusing lane and poking folks out, the mechanics required to thrive with it have not really changed. Its just a different point in game you get a brutal power spike. Twitch can dunk in an AOE, Vayne can destroy a front line. Jhin full build can 2 shot both and have the survivability to do it in a 1v1, his team fight powers a bit weaker if your front line crumbles but he can initiate fantastically and the range he can contribute positively from is safer then vayne + he does not need to pop R like twitch. Biggest challenge remains that one must use autos on the proper targets, and ya cant have bad aim for W or R.

Tempo is fun because it ACTUALLY INCRESES HIS ATTACK SPEED instead of adding to his mulitplier. Not very pracrtical buit fun, nonetheless. Fleet Foot Work is good for crit jhin since the heal crits for a good amount. Comet is good since his W proc will land.

You can take a few different keystones and I kinda like it. If you want lethality, you can go Comet>Manaflow>celerity>GS w/ precision/inspiration second and have a good lane phase with decent mid game. You can also go FFW>Overheal>Bloodline/Tenacity>Coup De Grace with Sorc/Insp secondary for a good crit build and good mid-late game power.

I just wish his bad matchups weren't strong.

I REALLY wish Lucian adc was back, though...[zombie-nunu-bummed]

Nah his base AS stays the same, check it in Practice tool, wont get over 0.94. Theres a weird mini blip where it flickers to a higher AS for a second at the start and end but does not seem to have a noticeable effect on his attack speed. Fun fact, with tempo triggerd and 6 nashors level 18 Jhin has 310 AD.

Tempo adds to his AD and MS.

damn they must've fixed it then. I played a few games after the runes were released and it increased his actual attack speed.
