what about
Garen generally doesn't build much damage so early on he could beat her since he can regen and she can't, and his early damage is actually surprisingly high, but later on not a chance, she will drain tank way to easily. If she is the villian he will probably kill her just fine but thats about it.

Post 6, Kayle ult doesn't let you proc vitals, so you have to use the lead you gained pre 6 to bait Kayle ult. Then all in her when she's back in lane and kill Kayle.

Firstly, that Kayle isn't bullying Fiora off of her minion wave by virtue of being...you know, ranged with good autoattack damage. Secondly, that Kayle starts trades with Q, as opposed to saving it for after Fiora tries to lunge in. Third, that the Kayle gets hit by W.
