Kennen vs Lissandra

The meta currently is trending towards lots of midgame teamfighting, and toplaners with great TP ganks on paper this should be good for kennen, but i just think he's overshadowed by the fact that one champ does almost everything he does, just better: Lissandra. They both have high mobility with kennen having better in-combat mobility, while lissandra has better repositioning to get into combat. The both have high AoE CC, with Lissandra having higher reliability lower impact CC, and kennen having lower reliability but purely having stuns. And both have pretty good damage. Where the similarities stop however, is in the laning phase. Lissandra has great wave clear and can poke through minions. She also has the ability to cross walls, which is a huge bonus both when ganking lanes, and escaping ganks. She has all of kennens strength, but none of his weaknesses? I mean why? Her ult is also more reliable lockdown of a target, singletarget ofc, but much more reliable in ganks, even if it is slightly weaker in teamfights.

Honestly I think Kennen should be buffed to help him into a spot where he can compete with liss, make Q go through minions is probably the easiest route, making it similar to Zed's Q. this would alleviate his poor wave clear, and make it easier for his strengths to shine, by making mark of the storm more reliable.
