Would it be possible to change silver bolts to magic damage?

Better. Change it to %current health physical damage so you can actually itemize against Vayne.

Current health would make it to where she would actually do less damage the lower your HP is, wtf is that BS you are spewing

At least argue for it to be a flat amount of true damage that scales like Velkoz's passive.

Silver Bolts isn't the majority of her damage though. Unless she's hitting a tank that she can basically kill in three tumbles anyway it's a non-issue.

Are you going to make the same argument towards Blade of the Ruined King or Liandry's, both of which do %current damage?

No because they are items that add additional passives to a champs kit. Giving access to flat % MAX HP damage to every champion would be ridiculous.

It's her core mechanic.

All the recent bull Vayne's been pulling that people have been complaining about has, for once, nothing to do with her silver bolts.

Then why would it matter if we tested her for a single patch that's not even part of the main game. I'm just genuinely curious what that would do to her. Yeah people say she does mainly physical damage, which is true. However it doesn't discount that she does primarily true damage to full tanks that other marksmen would be unable to kill. She can also shred high HP tanks at a much faster rate than what could be considered healthy. Hell we could increase the damage by an extra 3% at all ranks to see how it works.

I'm no fanboy, but I believe what you've stated there constitutes as "working as intended." She's kind supposed to shred tanks.
