Guys I really need help

Hey there everyone -

Ever since the patch when im playing I will get this random and common huge lag spikes (roughly 2-3 seconds long). But they are strange because my fps never drops and my ping never goes up it stays around 30 where it always is. I just cant move at all, but the game continues on around me.

I've had 2 late game losses today because I just get stuck then I watch myself die while clicking to move and it doesnt happen. Ive turned off the vertical sync and lowered graphics settings (even though I'm using a good computer, usually run everything on ultra) and still no luck it still happens.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm like straight depressed over here :/
