It is never broken on more than one champ at a time, and if there isn't one it is garbage on everybody.

It has been broken on Kayle, and it is broken on Kalista and I'm sure we can all agree that both metas were cancer.

Can Riot just remove this item since it's an illusion of diversity when it's either core or a noob trap?
