A Little History Lesson

I've seen a lot of the reaction to the Kai'Sa release, how undertuned she is, how clunky her kit is, how she's "useless before 3 items", etc. I feel reminded of a post Morello made a long time ago.

Replace "Fighter" with "Marksmen", and we can slot in Kai'Sa's release at "storied volibear development". I feel like we're running into a lot of similar problems with ADC as a whole re: overgeneralized strength.
