Galio. Has anyone seen him?

I dont think that I have seen galio in over a year... even on aram. Do they need to buff him because he seems like he has a good kit.

Played a game as Galio top today. Went great.

Once you have a Chalice, farming from range is easy. Q+E kills all caster minions, and if your enemy is killing your minions as well, Q will come off CD soon enough to kill the melee minions too.

Engage with Flash+Ult is strong, but actually not needed in the tight corridors of the jungle. Using RIghteous Gust to get by the enemy carry usually works. If they run, then yay, you've zoned them from the fight. If they stay, they get taunted and probably die.

item 3174 item 3111 item 3025 item 3102 item 3143 . I would have built item 3742 , for more MS, but the game ended first.

rarely see him with ad being so hot right now i dont expect to see him for a while as he is mainly used to counter mages

His potential is amazing, but executing it is incredibly hard since he doesn't have a legitimate gap closer. If you don't have flash you basically won't be useful in a typical teamfight, bush cheese excluded.

Galio is (in my opinion) the second most underrated champion in the game, behind Sejuani and just ahead of Trundle. The reason his power flies under the radar is that he is a counterpick while also requiring a team comp to be built around him. If you blind pick him, you run a huge risk. If you draft pick him, then you have to hope that both the enemy team will play into your hand so you can last pick him, and your team will be aware that you want Galio and will be willing to pick a wombo combo comp that has an AoE CC initiator tank.

He has a well-made balanced kit, it's just kinda boring to play as IMO

His kit isn't that great, there's a lot of absurd power in his W and R and his Q alone is fairly good. He can heal from towers with his W, his Rs potential is insane and is held in check by the fact it can be interrupted easily. His E is completely lackluster because of this. His entire kit doesn't even make sense for his character aside from his W making him tanky. But there's a lot of broken power in his kit but it's just not seen much because he's made to be incredibly inconsistent given his immense potential. That's not what a well made kit is, that's the opposite.

He needs no buffs. He's fairly balanced to be honest, the only reason you don't see him as much is because people want champions that can make flashy LC$BIGPLAY$.

Well Galio was my second/third (?) most played Champ.. last Season.

He was an amazing Tank to play on Top.. sadly Juggernaut-Patch happened. Galio is still great when Build AP-Tank (my usual build was item 3110 item 3001 item 3075 item 3065 item 3089 item 3111 ) But ATM his impact in Game is just terrible comared with Darius, Gnar, Fiora, etc.
