Nice to see that this champion has already been nerfed more times than her previous iteration was in 8 years, but still continues to be one of the best champions in pro play. This is probably the most well designed kit that has ever been created. Nice job.

You know a champions is broken af when it's op even after so many nerfs. Any other champion would cease to exist.
Yeah because if you're good with her she is good and for some reason riot refuses to actually NERF her. Her q is still on a short cooldown while doing a good amount of damage and good players can easily make use of the passive to stop running out of energy. The reasons akali is picked have not been nerfed meaning she will still be picked.
Also old akali had more nerfs then the current one so I'm guessing you have no clue wtf you're talking about.
Like the current akali is MUCH better then the press r at 6 then ignite for a kill akali.

want to try? cuz it can be done in 5 sec to see that old akali within 8 years has been more nerfed than current akali she also forced riot to nerf gunblade like 3 times in season 2 making the item unviable for years until season 5 or 6
After just over a year of balancing, Riot was able to get Akali's presence at worlds from 80% to 87%
it's funny to see the boards going from "wtf don't balance around proplay" to this, I guess people just pick their arguments depending on if it suits them or not.
too is a great design... Perfect balanced champ with no CD, big dmg from early, point and click spells and he was played at worlds too. 5-6 reworks and he is still stupid.
All her damage is dumped into her pasive and ult. You could legit remove the damage from her Q and E, and she would still one shot you. She's hard to play but once you master her, goddamn this champ is nearly unbeatable.
And yet boards still cries any time she gets a nerf. -.-
The difference is her new kit is far more balanced. Old akali got less tweaks because they just gutted her intentionally. New akali doesnt have a kit that requires intentional gutting.
But shes still hot right
riot is just an extremly bad company who is unable to do their job proparly.
Akali is braindead and broken has to many skins a video game developer should not have favoritism but it seems braindead and broken champions will forever remain as such
Well I mean that's akali at the highest level. And I don't see her too often normally but I'd imagine those who play akali put in the "thousand hours". My own opinion is when did we stop talking about the skill and dedication it takes to play champs at the degree required to be good or visibly op with them.
