Not saying he should or shouldn't necessarily, it just seems like a grey area that hasn't been addressed. Fizz becomes untargetable, but he isn't being targeted. So should he be stunned? The animation is also a hop and not a blink so it just looks weird seeing him freely jump through it.
Thryale2 voteshis hop has nothing to do with his untargetability. It's just a normal dash. fizz would always get stunned on old veig's E, so there's no reason he should bypass the dash block aspect now.

Scrambled Anivia1 votesno. you can dodge a karthus ult with her E but you have to time it just right because fizz's untargetability doesn't start as soon as you press it. 'cause its a dash with untargetable-ness at a certain point. also. fizz is a girl. :)
