according to champion gg he is the strong champ i nthe game atm.
ONe thing to note tho: he is average in dmg dealth. But he is the very last in dmg taken.
what does that mean? that means his mitigation with his shield is HUGE.
late game and with 40% CD. He get essentially a 700 perma shield. it lasts 6 seconds on a 6 seconds CD.

People there often have +50-100 matches samplesize for mmr, so the matchmakeing loocks like this: 2bronze+1plat+igold+1master vs 2dia, 2 silver and 1 master, to keep things interesting 2guys are trolling, and 4 are from EU, thus haveing a 200+ ping. PBE is anarchie guys, there is no point in geathering valuable informations about balanceing from it.
It's mostly to find and remove gamebreaking bugs. And in theory to makes sure reworks/new champs 'FEEL' right, but Darius(and for me also Fiora) show this isn't the case either...
