Quinns blind is OP.
Quinn is stupidly OP with that blind and it needs a nerf. I don't think Riot should remove it again, but cant you just make it more of a teemo blind? Or at the very least a small radius skill shot like Graves vision blind which gives you somewhat some counterplay options or at least opportunities to be ok? Once Quinn hits you with a blind, you gotta basically retreat and she does a good chunk of damage as it is, so you're just screwed against her. Please change the way her blind works. Don't remove it again, just change how it works cause it gives you no chance.
