Teambuilder - Require at least 2 Players to Make a Team

Too often in teambuilder I get thrown into a lobby with just one other guy there. That means this single user created a team by himself and I'm all for creative freedom but with the queue time for teambuilder being as infinite as the lack of patience users have I think it should be mandatory to at least remove 2/5 positions before you can actually create the team yourself. I don't see the point creating a team yourself by yourself because nobody is going to wait that long so it's up to the luck of the draw with your setup and matchmaking.
