something needs to be done about this

i have had 5 games in a row where the guy with last pick or 4th picks a lane that's been taken. it just grinds my gears when i get 1st pick go top. then the guy at the bottom who has jungle "or whatever lane is left" instalocks a top champ . and either a. someone dodges or b. he feeds your lane. and someone else in game has to cover whatever lane the little crybaby 10 year old decided he didnt want
