Is it me or does AP Fizz seem weak as hell but AD is godly?

I'm sucking some serious ass playing AP Fizz because my normal try to all in at level 3 does way less damage(though it was a gamble before) and I can't seem to do much damage unless I land my ult, which isn't much until I get a few items.

But when I play AD Fizz, I don't have that issue, I can kill my enemies with ease and they can't kill me, he beats some Bruisers in top and is balls to the walls more annoying to play against late game as he won't die and will outdamage your ass with ease.

Just me?

It was nerfed.

Fizz has been nerfed hard to the point where his alternative AD builds seems stronger now, especially combined with his new W+item 3153
