Auto-fill serves no purpose if people are always going to dodge when they get filled

This feature is dog shit and hasn't been improved, at all, since it was implemented.

I've been trying to get into a normal game for over 30 minutes, because auto-filled players are dodging at the last second in every lobby. This is a massive waste of my time and everyone else's time.

If someone doesn't want to be auto-filled in normal, they should be given an option to refuse auto-fill in exchange for having lower queue priority, so we don't have to sit through a half a dozen dodged lobbies just to get into a game.

Auto fill serves no purpose other than reducing queue times and it does not even work as intended.

There are instances in which 4 members of a team will end up filled.

There are instances in which someone will place mid as their primary and be filled while someone on their team will pick fill and receive mid.

Auto fill is an absolute garbage system that Riot can't be bothered to fix and they absolutely refuse to admit that it was a bad idea.

Solution: Increase the amount of time between dodge penalty reduction.

Make it every 50 games or whatever is when you go down a step. First dodge is free, but it no longer resets after a day.

There, problem solved.

It's been stated before that doing this would also kill autofill, since people are greedy assholes and will refuse to do anything like this.

Not really. People love the primary effect of autofill - Lower queue times. They just hate when it happens to them.

People hate to take out the trash, but they want it taken out.

It'd be great if you'd stop posting false information in every thread about auto-fill, thanks. A lot of people just want to get into a game and don't mind playing other roles.

This has nothing to do with autofill, it's basic fucking human nature.

Unless you're going to tell me that a majority of the playerbase doesn't follow basic human drives (In which case I'd like to know what species they are then), you've done nothing except baselessly accuse me of lying.
