There was a time when playing botlane didn't mean "Pick or counter Thresh"

100% win rate and 91.67% Pick & ban rate seems pretty balanced to me

Inb4: "they picked him to deny Hylissang's Thresh!!11!1oneone"

Well, i guess if he mained Lulu, C9 would have 100% picked her 2 games out of 3 to deny him. /s

2 years, still permapick, still permaban

S3: Zyra vs Thresh, Zyra HUGE nerf, no Thresh nerf after WORLDS S3 early S4: Annie vs Thresh, Annie nerf, no Thresh nerf mid S4: Morgana vs Thresh, Morgana nerf, Thresh mini nerf late S4: Janna vs Thresh: Janna mini nerf, Thresh no nerf

can we start to nerf things that actually matter like his insane utility and pick potential?

You nerfed Blitzcrank just because a grab could be game-changing, and that's totally true

How come Thresh has (nearly, i'll give you that, Blitz grab is way stronger, but that doesn't justify Thresh WHOLE KIT) the same mechanic but he is allowed to have also good poke, great peeling and a free out of jail card that in no way Blitz has?

Can you please do something about him? I main support, i've seen him in like 80% of my games since his release over 2 years, playing support pre-Thresh release wasn't this annoying, you wouldn't see the same champion 80% of your games (a pretty much OP champion, too), and you wouldn't see him in EVERY, SINGLE, COMPETITION.

Thanks

P.S. please, don't come here and say "we nerfed him tons of times", because he is STILL permapicked/permabanned, you nerfed him over the course of 2 years and he is STILL permapick/permaban

late s4 has actually been the Janna vs. Nami show. we havent seen nearly as much of thresh until recently at IEM

thresh seems perfectly fine to me. he's a medium risk high reward champion just like most of the meta picks are right now.

thresh has been nerfed a ton, wut. passive got moved to flay, cool downs have been increased. im fairly certain they nerfed the hook hitbox and his auto range. his shield from lantern got nerfed to where only 1 person gets the shield, and his ulti got nerfed recently too, where only the first wall applies damage, and the slow from additional walls was reduced. http://lol.gamepedia.com/Thresh_-_The_Chain_Warden#Patch_History hes received a ton of nerfs, what are you even talking about?

hes picked and banned because he has good utility, the same reason other champions are picked and banned. maybe instead of complaining about how 'OP' thresh's kit is, you could try and offer ways to make the other champions who arent as popular more viable. thats the better solution, because otherwise this cycle just continues with the next 'op' champ.

His overloaded kit makes him fun, just like Yasuo and Zed.

The only overloaded champ in the game is Lee Sin.

All 3 require skill, but Lee Sin has such a higher reward for such a smaller risk. And Lee Sin has like 10 more stuff stuffed into his kit than Yasuo and Zed and apparently has an immunity to nerfs.

Tbh Thresh is combined of weaker champion abilities.

His passive is a stacking AP and Armor passive, similar to how Nasus, Sion and Veigar can stack their stats but tehy can do it way more easily

His Q is a weaker Blitz hook.

His ult is a WAY weaker Veigar E, it doesn't stun, he can't cast it from range and a wall breaks upon interacting with him

Also his E is kinda a way weaker Gnar ult but he came WAY before Gnar

He's a safe pick that fits with a lot of comps, so pros can pick him without committing to a strategy. A lot of professional supports are also really good at him. He's an attractive champion in the current state of competitive League.
