Let's Talk Irelia

So with the massive buff to Trinity Force, Irelia has quickly risen to the very top of a list of "PICK OR BAN" champs. Her stun is ridiculously long and her damage can two shot any enemy ADC. With Trinity Force getting a CDR and MAJOR attack speed increase, it's just a perfect item for Irelia to build to snowball into infinity. Was any of this playtested beforehand? It seems like I am playing on PBE with Irelia's broken kit, but nope - it's the live client. What gives? Will there be a hotfix or will she be ignored until the next patch comes in weeks? Ekko's stun was greatly reduced, but what about hers?
