So with the massive buff to Trinity Force, Irelia has quickly risen to the very top of a list of "PICK OR BAN" champs. Her stun is ridiculously long and her damage can two shot any enemy ADC. With Trinity Force getting a CDR and MAJOR attack speed increase, it's just a perfect item for Irelia to build to snowball into infinity. Was any of this playtested beforehand? It seems like I am playing on PBE with Irelia's broken kit, but nope - it's the live client. What gives? Will there be a hotfix or will she be ignored until the next patch comes in weeks? Ekko's stun was greatly reduced, but what about hers?

Ummm not so much a buff as a rebalancing........

It is conditional....... and if she dives your adc she should be massively over extending.

Look at the attack speed buff. Look at how massive of a percentage jump that is. If she snowballs her lane, 1v1 (which isn't hard to do since it's all about sustained trades in the current meta - hence why Jax and Tryndamere are prevalent) then she just takes that lead, builds one item, and wrecks the enemy team.

Jax prior to this patch was 23rd picked and tryndamere is 32nd.... that is not prevalent. Jax had a 2.94% pcikrate... Tryndamere had a 2.39%

I really think you have no clue what was prevalent.

In Gold/Plat elo I see those two picked every few games.

You aren't really going to run into Platinum players in Gold 5. Taking a quick look, it seems you are mostly playing with high Silver and low Gold players, so those champions are probably a little more common.
