Someone told me to play safe vs. Singed a couple days ago. what am i supposed to do? sit there and let him whittle my HP and/or tower with minions while i let him freefarm proxy? What?

Yeah, basically. There's nothing you can really do about a proxy-ing Singed beyond farming the best you can or calling for ganks that may or may not pay off. Grab some early armor or sustain and try to tank waves as soon as you can, and you should at least be able to match the waveclear. It's a shitty lane and a really boring way to play the game, but it's the best solution against a proxy Singed.

That feeling of rage when you are playing safe and your teammate tells you to and then go on saying you were being aggressive when your just near or under tower and the enemy is taking risks. Oh how you want to rage. XD
